AirGSM is dedicated to protecting client privacy, commercial confidentiality, and securing recipient logistics and device information across international supply chains in strict compliance with global privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA).
To process wholesale hardware shipments and maintain high-speed automated GSM unlock API queues, AirGSM collects necessary identification telemetry: full billing name, validated email address, contact telephone, physical shipping destination, and transaction hashes (TxID/ACH voucher). We do not store full credit card PAN credentials; card tokenization is handled externally via Level-1 PCI-DSS complaint processors.
When submitting device unlock requests or checking hardware statuses, IMEI numbers and serial codes submitted to our Dhru Fusion nodes are processed strictly for execution with carrier databases. We maintain automated audit logs for 90 days for dispute resolution, after which device identifiers are systematically purged or anonymized.
International couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS) receive only recipient details required to ensure lawful clearance through regional border authorities. We do not provide access to order histories, internal pricing models, or client account balances to outside freight forwarders.
